Product Objective

iranywhere

It is increasingly common for IP networks to be used for transmission of audio and video data. Consequently many new houses and even older houses are being fitted out with computer LAN networks. This device is designed to make use of these networks to pass remote control information. Typically it would enable a PC or operator to control a remote Set Top Box or DVD. It does this by receiving the IR control signals they send and relaying that via the LAN to the Set Top Box where it is converted back to IR.
